Shipping policy

We only sell to CBD stores and the buyer and receiver must have a minimum age of 21.

For stock formulations, after the funds have settled into our account, order fulfillment usually takes about 5 business days, depending on the nature of your order and our production schedule.

For custom formulations, we don't start filling orders until after the funds have settled into our account.  After the funds have settled, order fulfillment can take from 1-14 business days, depending on the nature of your order and our production schedule.

We only accept prepay payment methods. We do not ship COD.  Some payment methods take longer than others to fully settle (up to 7 business days for some methods).  The fastest method that we know of is via Bank Wire Transfer, which is generally 1-2 business days.

Our shipping coverage area includes addresses in the United States only. We do not ship to international addresses at this time.

We do not offer free shipping.  Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping, signature required, insurance & handling costs.

We have the following shipping options:

Standard Shipping: transit time normally 2 to 7 business days.  We generally use FedEx, UPS and USPS as our preferred carriers.  We also use PartnerShip for our palletized shipments (LTL).  We get nice discounts from our partner carriers and if the actual cost is more than $5.00 less than what we charged you then we'll refund the difference.  If these costs are greater than what we charged you then we will absorb the overage.
